Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to see The Suns play at Footprint, as well as tons of really cool restaurants. We were in town for a Ravens game and even the drive from the hotel to State Farm Stadium was a breeze! The rooms are great, the view from the rooms, not the most spectacular, but that’s also not what we were there for. The staff, however, were amazing! From the people at the front desk to the valet, extremely friendly, helpful, and made the experience that much more enjoyable!

Stayed here for 3 nights. This was a fabulous stay generally with few hiccups here n there....Room was super clean and had all what I needed...Staff first night were courteous and did a great job...loved the fact they would text me to explain my satisfaction! 2nd night, my room never got cleaned unsure why, but they fixed that following night which was not an issue! Breakfast btw was Superb, probably best Warm breakfast I've seen industry average! Gym was very decent with plenty of equipments and free weights.... My issue was mainly with customer service etiquettes... With exception to first night, all front desks were very cold as hell during all shifts no exceptions...they just didn't display any courtesy when you ask them a question or request their attention! Advised them number of times about empty sanitizers in the Gym room, no one seemed to care to fix it, behaviors of that sort bothered truth is... Talking to locals, the area where this hotel is located at is one of the worst safety wise....I didn't encounter any issues tho, but wanted to mention that! This is 15 mins away from the airport btw.. I'd definitely come back again as this was undoubtedly a nice stay!!!

I was more than happy with everything. The customer service was outstanding. The people at the customer service desk were more than helpful at check-in and the valet parking attendants were awesome! The rooms were very clean. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for making this a great experience!

I stayed here during a cold weather burst and it was so nice to have the staff keep the coffee and hot chocolate full and fresh on the counter all day. The breakfast food is great, the chocolate waffle machine is always busy but there were lots of options for breakfast. The rooms were kept clean as well. I did use the work out room here once, it has a great view of the street.

I was quite underwhelmed with my stay here. The first thing that aggravated me is that there is no parking option other than the $41 per night valet service. No pool, no hot tub, the "bar / lounge" is only open from 5 to 10 where you can buy only overpriced beer and wine. The breakfast is good, and the staff was friendly and kind, I can say that much. Overall pretty expensive hotel for a lack of amenities. And not what I've grown to expect at Hilton properties. YMMV.
